For most of our menu, we avoid artificial dyes and instead use natural ingredients to add color—like beetroot, turmeric, or spirulina. That said, for a few special or seasonal items, we may occasionally use artificial food coloring. This is due to the high cost and limited availability of natural gel-based colorants that deliver the vibrancy, stability, and consistency needed for certain decorative elements. We’re always on the lookout for natural alternatives that meet our standards—and we look forward to incorporating them as they become more accessible. In the meantime, we’re happy to offer color-free versions upon request whenever possible.
